Small Animals Boarding hereafter referred to as ‘the
company.’
The owner of the boarding pet(s) hereafter referred
to as ‘the owner.’
The boarding pet(s) hereafter referred to as ‘the
boarders.’
1. ‘The company’ accepts to provide the
appropriate foods and fresh water daily.
2. ‘The company’ accepts to provide the
appropriate living conditions.
3. ‘The company’ accepts to provide cleanliness
of housing daily.
4. ‘The company’ accepts to provide an
approachable and personal touch both to ‘the owners’
and ‘the boarders.’
5. ‘The company’ accepts to provide ‘a
home away from home’ to ‘the boarders.’
6. ‘The company’ accepts to minimise risk
and spread of ill health or disease by:

an initial visual inspection
of ‘the boarder’ upon arrival. No pet
suffering from or suspected to be suffering from
any infectious or contagious disease can be accepted
pending advice from our Veterinary Surgeon. |

avoiding contact between ‘the
boarders’, at no time do any of the ‘the
boarders’ have contact or mix with each other
unless they come as a pair or more and live together. |
| • |
requiring proof of vaccinations
for ‘the boarders.’ |
| • |
requiring ‘the boarders’
be fleaed, mited and wormed where appropriate. |
| • |
‘the boarders’ being
housed both whilst boarding and in transit within
a secure, appropriate, escape proof housing. |
| • |
requiring, wherever practical,
that ‘the owner’ provide their own pet’s
familiar, escape proof housing to help reduce stress
to ‘the boarder’ that change of environment
may cause. |
7. ‘The company’ accepts to have ‘the
owner’ and ‘the boarder’ details.
8. ‘The owner’ accepts to arrive and depart
with ‘boarders’ safe and secure within their
own escape proof , in transit housing.
9. ‘The owner’ accepts to advise ‘the
company’ of special, social, behavioural or dietary
requests.
10. ‘The owner’ accepts, where appropriate,
to provide ‘the company’ with proof by means
of a vaccination card and the administering veterinary
practice contact details that all relevant vaccinations
are up to date.
11. ‘The owner’ accepts to provide ‘the
company’ with current ‘owner’ and
‘boarder’ details.
12. ‘The owner’ accepts to provide proof
of their identification by means of driving licence,
passport or credit card upon commencement of board.
13. ‘The owner’ accepts a visual health
inspection of ‘the boarder’ will be carried
out upon arrival.
14. ‘The owner’ accepts to help minimise
stress that change of environment may cause to ‘the
boarder’ by providing own escape proof, appropriate
housing for duration of board, wherever practical.
15. ‘The owner’ accepts that should ‘the
company’ feel ‘the boarder’ requires
veterinary attention ‘the company’ will
use one of its regular veterinary practices and the
veterinary bills will be reimbursed in full on collection
to ‘the
company’ by ‘the owner’ as ‘the
owner’s’ responsibility.
16. ‘The owner’ accepts that accident,
injury, illness, death, theft, public liability and
all other insurance’s for ‘the owner’
and ‘the boarder’ whilst visiting and boarding
with ‘the company’ are the responsibility
of ‘the owner’ and that ‘the company’
is released of any and all such liabilities.
17. ‘The owner’ accepts that there are
no existing licensing laws or regulations in respect
of boarding birds, reptiles and
rodents of a non-dangerous kind.

20. ‘The owner’ accepts ‘the companies’

21. ‘The owner’ accepts ‘the companies’

22. ‘The owner’ accepts to pay ‘the
company’ for the fully booked period, to the agreed
collection date in the event of an early collection.
23. ‘The owner’ accepts delay in collection
will be chargeable at ‘the companies’ current
daily prices.
24. ‘The owner’ accepts that if ‘the
boarder’ is not collected within 14 days after
the agreed collection date and that
‘the owner’ cannot be contacted by ‘the
company’ and ‘the owner’ has failed
to contact ‘the company’ to arrange an
extension to the agreed boarding dates then ‘the
boarder’ becomes the property of ‘the company’.
‘The company’ will
deem this as abandonment by ‘the owner’
and seek to suitably rehome ‘the boarder.’
